Good in the hood

Challenge:

Encourage more Portland locals and Oregonians around the state to attend the Good N the Hood Music Festival. Because the 2017 event was the festival's 25th anniversary, there was an emphasis on making this event the most successful its ever been.

solution:

Develop a bright, colorful campaign that catches the Portland public's eye and establishes a sense of pride for the city. Through a new logo, print advertisements, radio spots, a revamped Facebook page, Geotags, and merchandise, we created a trendy, contemporary campaign without loosing sight of the historic, multi-cultural composition that makes the neighborhood where the event is help so unique.
